During my 10 month stint working at Uniqlo, I learned so much about working in a high pressure environment. The Unqilo Store I worked at was the largest in Northern California and this directly translated to the amount of foot traffic we had each day. A normal day at the store would attract around 30,000 people. My responsibilites as a Sales Associate was always in the best interest of the customer. I made sure my section of the sale floor was always tidy and folded properly. I would also be incharge of making sure that customers were satisfied when trying on clothes in the fitting room, while delivering them different sizes when the clothing of choice was not satisfactory. Counting money at the end of the day was a very important responsibility. Requiring a perfect count each time otherwise the transactional system would mess up. I was once recommended for a promotion by a Supervisor due to my work being at an excellent standard.
