My 1 year working at Mashi Box was one of my favorites. Mashi Box is a small e-commerce business that sells asian snacks and cute plushies. My main responsibilites were organizing the warehouse, streamlining the production process, and marketing the products we had. I primarily used the Shopify software to manage the inventory and keep track of any sales we made. I was placed in charge of the business on multiple ocassions and it really allowed me to show my critical thinking and leadership skills. Making sure that each team member was reaching the daily quota, keeping a clean work environment, and also having fun were my three main priorities as an acting supervisor.
